About the Foundation
Twin City Diamond Foundation, Inc. (Foundation) was incorporated in the state of North Carolina on April 20, 2007 under the name Kappa Foundation of Winston-Salem. It was designated as a 501(c)3 tax-exempt charity by the Internal Revenue Service on January 24, 2008.
The Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and/or scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law).
